I have a bunch of lemons, any suggestions on how they can be used?

I love lemons. There are so many uses for lemons. I use lemon literally everyday for something.
So much more you can do with lemons!
The first thing in the morning before you eat any food, squeeze half a lemon into warm water (not hot, as really hot water kills enzymes.) Add pure maple syrup to sweeten it. This is a very healthy drink without the sugar effecting your pancreas. (by using maple syrup instead.) Don't use artificial flavored syrup.
Use in baking, drinks and sauces. If you cant use them all now, grate the zest and freeze, then juice them and freeze.
Here are some of my lemony recipes:
Using up a bunch of lemons in a hurry can be hard before they go bad. One way to use them up slowly and have them year round is to squeeze them and make lemon cubes. You can use an old ice tray to make the cubes in. Once they are done add them to a freezer bag and store them in your freezer. When you want some lemons, take a few out and defrost them.
Now you can use the lemon juice to make lemonade, lemon pies, lemon sauce for chicken, green beans with a creamy lemon sauce. There are so many things you can do with lemons.
you could give them to me, i always love and use lemons, haha
- ifyou want to have a weird experience, you could do a 10 day lemonade fast, or 'master cleanse'. Nothing but lemonade, maple syrup and cayenne pepper for 10 days. Be ready to go to the loo a lot. It's shockingly doable
- as a staple in homemade salad dressing, along with olive oil and salt and pepper and tahini
- in pretty much any stew, soup, fish dish
- make a homemade enzymatic cleaner. Enzymatic cleaners are really the only thing that will get rid of that smell.
- put in spray with essential oils to combat odour and flea problems
- lemon meringue pie
- or you can give them to me :)
