I have a bottle of mint sauce and do not want to use it on lamb. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can use it on or is there a recipe to use it on fresh fruit or anything else that I am not aware of?
Thank you kindly.

It really depends on what else is in the ingredients. If it has salty/savoury elements, it pretty much limits what you can use it on because yes, in theory you could add it to drinks or desserts, but not if it has corn starch, salt, MSG, canola oil, or what have you.
IF you do a search like this one on a famous recipe site, you can see that a lot of meat and fish dishes call for it
