You can give to your ex, grandparents, babysitter, and, of course, keep one for yourself. Note your families vaccinations, childhood illnesses and medical tests.

I just got a free pocket calendar from a freebie site. Since it comes with advertising, I customized it by gluing on pictures from my art museum brochure on the cover, back and front. Then I covered it with a scrap of clear contact paper. Voila!
