You can use your removable crock pot/slow cooker stoneware insert in an oven. Be sure the insert does not have any cracks or breaks in it. I normally coat it with a cooking spray for easy clean-up. I don't use the lid, for fear it would crack or break. If I need to cover it, I use aluminum foil.

Yes, you can use removable stoneware inserts in oven, HOWEVER, they are heat sensitive . Just remember that placing cold crockery into a hot oven would crack/break it for sure so just be careful.

If I use a ceramic pot that was in my crockpot and wanna cook a pork shoulder for pulled pork, low and slow, what temp should the oven be? I wanna cook it like it's in an actual crockpot, but in the oven.
Crockpot says it's ok to use their all-ceramic pots (no metal) in the oven up to 400 degrees. If yours is a different brand, might want to google it to be extra safe.
What brand is your pot? Some you can, but some can't. Call the maker and ask. If you can, be very careful as they are super heavy when full and I can't get a good grip on them to remove from the oven as the little edges on ours are too small to grip.
What kind of lid does your crockpot have? I think you can use foil and i would cook pork roast at 275 degrees. Dont forget to check your cooked meats temp. Make sure its the right temp and fully cooked
Yes, if it is a Crockpot brand you can use the insert (without lid) safely in the microwave or oven up to 400°F. For other brands, please look at the manual or search online.
