Cupcake liners have many uses in a pre-K class. They can be used for small servings of peanuts or cookies. In an older group, they have many uses in a craft situation; small beads or buttons can be doled out in them. When I was teaching pre-K, I always had a ready supply of cupcake liners and pipe cleaners (AKA craft stems).
