Using Ripe Peaches?

I have too many peaches! I've thought of stewing them to freeze for other baked recipes or sauces. Any other ideas, or a recipe for tomato and peach salsa?

Make peach preserves or peach cobbler and then freeze pies to use later. Sell peaches and make a profit at your own fruit stand if you have that many. Make a peach sauce and pour over ice cream, prepare a nice fresh fruit salad with your peaches; slice/dice peaches and add to your favorite dry cereal. Could give peaches to a food bank also.
