What is the effect of Tilex on latex paint?

so I have reason to believe that the active ingredient in Tilex is essentially household bleach (sodium hypochlorite) which should never be applied full strength to paint if you dont' want it to peel. They say that you can use bleach at a 1 to 3 (bleach to water) ratio. I don't know how much more diluted Tilex is than bleach from the bottle; it might already be at that ratio. But considering that it is designed for tile which is not affected by harsh chemicals as much I would assume that Tilex is still pretty strong and should be diluted.
Here's a guide on how to use bleach products to kill mold on walls: www.hunker.com/
It can cause peeling, yellowing, and bubbling. Anything with bleach is bad for latex paint. Rubbing alcohol is bad too... I know that from splashing the wall
when I knocked over a bottle of the stuff. Big mess of yellowing and streaking.
I clean my walls with warm water and white rag, nothing else. If there is mold, I may add a drop of simple or plain Dawn or a 1/2 cup of vinegar to the bucket.
