I have used my Magic Jack and fax machine for a year, but recently my PC crashed and I am using a laptop. Does anyone know why I can't fax from my laptop? I used it with my daughter's laptop and it worked fine now I switched and it won't work at all. I have tried everything. Help. (02/03/2010)
