Using a NeilMed Sinus Rinse Bottle?

I use a NeilMed bottle, but can't seem to empty it. There is always 1/4 to 1/3 solution left. What am I doing wrong?

It is probably the angle that you are using it...maybe call them and ask for their guidance (and if you are already following their guidance and you still can't get the bottle to empty, they can send you coupons for discounts for future purchases):

You can put sterilized marbles in it to raise up the level of the liquid.

If it is a squeeze bottle this happens often. Normally you need to turn this at an angle or almost upside down in order to get all the liquid out of this bottle. I have switched to a forced-air bottle which is easier to empty because the plastic ones from squeezing them so hard to get the solution out of them seem to split in the end.
