I'm in Canada and am looking for a replacement insert with the blades. I've had the chopper for years, use it all the time and love it. I don't really want to purchase a new unit; so wasteful.

I hope this works for you. I didn't check to see if the sellers sell out of the US. Sometimes that is the challenge. Sometimes if you approach them through a private message, they will work with you! I will when I sell (these aren't my listings though).

Considering the cost of replacement blades (plus shipping cost) it may be more cost effective to purchase the complete set.
eBay seems to have the best overall price but many cities have "As Seen on TV" stores that sell for the same price as TV but no shipping cost. Walmart stores have this section also but do not carry every product.
The chopper company sells the same as TV: $19.95 plus shipping so eBay prices are less money.
