What is my Mersman table worth? I bought it at an antique shop several years ago and now I am ready to sell it. I noticed the numbers on the bottom - 7344 and figured they mean something about the year it was made and therefore its value.

This is a painted over Mersman table that was made in the middle of the 20th century. I dont think it is worth more than $75 in the condition it is in.
Your Mersman table is usually called a Duncan Phyfe style drum table or side table, or telephone table, or pedestal table.
It's difficult to place a value on a refinished piece of furniture because you have changed it from the original brand to a refinished 'one of a kind'.
Here is a well done refinished table similar to yours:

This is an original #7344 that sold for $47.50 in 2014 and furniture values have not increased.

Original finish sold for $80 in 2016:

As you can see; the sold prices of the original finish are not consistent but will rarely go over $150 and a lot of this value will depend on the area where the table is located as shipping is high and sellers usually have pick up only on their listings.
Looking at your pictures it appears that whoever refinished your table did not do a very good/neat job and this will definitely take away from the value as it will leave questions in people's minds as the how well the finish was done.
Value: if you decide to sell you can always post with a higher price and take offers and lower the price if no one makes any offers.
