I just bought my first porcelain doll at a thrift store. I found the name "Patricia Rose" under her hair on the back of her neck and a year printed 1998 and a written number F778. I am just curious of the value, but would appreciate if someone could give me full identification of this doll.
Thanks.

This doll is from Paradise Galleries. It ranges from $26 to $53 on eBay.
I figured she'd be of that worth but I'm more curious what her name is and date of birth. Thanks Judy!
She is a very pretty doll.
The problem with finding information about these dolls is there are just so many it would have to be search of 'love' to bind out if anyone knows her name.
Doll names were put on the name tags but not on the dolls so unless you have a name tag (and most people do not) you may never find out her name.
If you are lucky and find this same doll on eBay, Etsy, or Google and the seller has the original name tag then you may learn her name.
There are usually several hundred Patricia Rose dolls listed on eBay and asking prices are whatever the seller thinks their doll is worth. Sadly, asking prices do not represent current value as only a sold doll will show what someone is actually willing to pay for that doll.
Here is a link to dolls currently listed on eBay and Etsy (Etsy prices are usually always higher than eBay but no way to tell if they sell).
You can place a 'watch' on any eBay doll to see if she sells.

Here is a link to dolls on eBay that have sold over the past several months.
You may notice some higher prices but most of these will be very 'special' dolls and does not represent what current value may be for the ordinary dolls.

I hope you like her and plan to display her in a nice spot where she can be admired.
