Mersman tables were made in the middle part of the 20th century. This is one of the larger tables. From what I have seen, tables of this kind are worth between $175-$225.

This company closed in the mid 20th century and when they were opened they mass produced tables for people's homes. At this time most homes had one table or another made by this company.

Your table is more rare than some other Mersman tables currently up for sale so it may bring a slightly higher price if an ad reaches the "right" person.

• Mersman tables are fairly common because there were so many manufactured and most all descriptions will state "mid century" because there does not seem to be an available list showing any manufacturing dates.

• The numbers on the tables are useless as no one seems to have any knowledge about what the numbers represent.
• As to the type of table, I believe it looks a lot like what was called a "sofa" table and was placed at the back of a sofa in an open area.
• I have seen similar tables used in a hallway but I cannot find anything similar so these are just my opinion.
• The actual value of your table may be between $100 - $300 but actually selling it may be a slow process.
