It's almost 100 years old. It's not quite an antique, but may be worth something. Take it to a book dealer.

i put mine on a site and started with 65 dollars hoping to get 45 as my offer, it dated 1909 in fair condition and, sure enough it sold for 50 dollars and i thought that to be fair.
