I have an antique crazy quilt top that is all hand stitched with a variety of embroidery techniques and has 1898 stitched on the front. It's 72" x 54" and has 12 blocks in various colors. Does anyone know what it might be worth?

You have some very good photographs and this usually helps when trying to sell something like this.
You may have to relist it several times but just drop the price in small increments - not a big drop.
Remember - you will generally have new viewers each week so you just never know when this will be just what someone is looking for.
You can also list it on Craigslist but just be sure to remove it if it sells on either site.
This is an antique. It can be very valuable. Take it to a few dealers and see what they say.
Thanks for your comment!
This appears to be one of the quilt tops that were called "Crazy Quilts" maybe due to the haphazard cut of the pieces.
You may be able to find someone around you that can give you an estimated value but, actually, there are quite a few really nice completed vintage quilts from that era that sell for less than you are asking in your eBay ad.

Here is a site that has some really nice quilts and they do sell theirs for pretty good prices.

Thank you for the advice. If the top doesn't sell, maybe I'll reduce the price and see what happens.
