I would like to find out the value of a 1910 edition of Webster's New International Dictionary with reference history. It is leather bound, well worn, and the front cover is a bit loose at the fold. The pages are in very good condition with the original tracing paper betweenmodes of traveland habitations of mankind, etc.

Take it it an antique book dealer. It is over 100 years old.
Sometimes older books can be valuable but that is rare - even if they are over 100 years old.
eBay is considered the best place to find current value so that is where you could start your research.
Keep in mind that condition is very important when it comes to value of these books. It appears that yours may be in good to fair condition what will eliminate most collectors because they will usually only buy books in very good condition (because these books are not that rare and nice ones can be found).
I would estimate that your dictionary's current value would fall somewhere between $25 - $50 but may take a year or longer to sell or it might not sell at all as most book sellers list a book and may keep it listed for months to years.
There are presently over 700 different types of Webster's New International Dictionaries listed for sale on eBay with asking prices all over the place.
If you find a similar one you can place a watch to see if it sells (but do not be surprised if it is still listed next year).
Current value can only be determined by sold items.
A few have sold that are near your date but you will probably never find an exact date/condition as your book.
