I have a complete 1911 Handy Volume Issue, 11th edition of the Encyclopaedia Britannica in excellent shape. I would like to sell it, but am unsure of its value.
Thanks.

This is over 100 years old so it is an antique. Take it to a couple of book dealers to get an idea of its worth.
It looks like your item sold on eBay recently for 199.00 (I checked and that was the best offer--but it included shipping which will cost a fortune so the buyers profit was not 199 after fees and shipping.
If you are an experienced seller, you can try listing it on eBay and you may get the same. You could always start there and take best offer.
If you are not an experienced seller, you may want to find a vintage shop that would be willing to sell them for you (preferably one that specializes in old books).

Thank you very much for your comments. Not many vintage shops here in Albuquerque sadly.
Never been to either, but they came recommended a while back from a cousin who used to have family outside of Albuquerque.
I always visit old book stores when I travel, just not able to travel for the past few years. Here are the two suggestions if they are still around:
Mountain Run Center--5850 Eubank Blvd NE Suite B-41
Downtown Books--109 8th St SW
If they are still around, they used to buy and sell old books. Maybe they can quote you!
Post back what you learn!
