This is a bedroom set with bed, vanity, upright dresser, dresser with mirror, and nightstand. We believe it's from 1940s era; there's a Pittsburgh newspaper stuck in one of the drawers from March 22, 1943. Any ideas what it's worth?

Look for a manufacturer marking on the inside of the drawers or the back of the piece.
Where I live, this furniture is not in demand. I would ask for $400 for the set and adjust the price accordingly.
