Your picture does not show very much of the console front and without more information it will be difficult to correctly identify your stereo.
You say '1966' and 'lift the lid flight deck' but i have reviewed several 1966 Admiral adds and cannot find this model.
Also, I do not believe it is the 'lift the lid flight deck' model as this model actually lifted the record player and 'works' to the top when the lid was opened. This does not appear to be the same as yours.

Someone may be able to offer more information If you will post more pictures and also pictures of the tags on the back of the unit so we can see the numbers etc.

Also, is everything working?
What players does it have -
phonograph, radio, 8-track, cassette, good speakers?

Remember; these units are very heavy and usually too costly to ship so it is usually advertised a 'local pick up only' which means the type of area where located will determine the final value.
Example: in my area we see consoles placed by the curb for trash pick-up as no one really wants them around here.
Your area may be better.

You can always ask your question on some of the forums:

Working stereos have had an asking price in the $225 range on eBay.

I don't quite understand why people have doubts that you have the 'lift the lid flight deck' model.
Your photo does not fully show the console, but it shows that the console is narrow in front, and longer in the back (this is visible on the left), the lid really rises.

I found an advertisement for such consoles www.dougmoon.com/admiral.html
You really have Admiral Stereo: Lift The Lid Flight Deck.
These consoles are advertised as the Admiral "Flight Deck" solid-state stereo.

The site I found did not list the year of this ad. Therefore, I found an advertisement for your console with the indication of the year www.hifi-archiv.info/.../index.html, www.hifi-archiv.info/.../ 1967/Admiral% 201967% 203.jpg Year 1967. So if rectangular consoles were made in 1966 www.hifi-archiv.info/.../index.html, then your console was made most likely in 1967 magazineproject.org/.../1967-10-27%20page%2018.jpg (ad from Time Vol. 90 No. 17, 1967).

The price depends not only on the condition of the wooden console, but also on whether the player and radio are working.
Mid Century Modern Stereo Console by Admiral also "Flight Deck" solid-state stereo (it is in the 1966 ad) in perfect condition is on sale for $495 www.ebay.com/.../124736172793

These consoles are heavy, delivery will be expensive (local pickup only), so the price depends on the area where you live.
