I would like to clean them up and reupholster these African teak chairs. What might they be worth?
Thank you.

There is not enough information here. We need to know the manufacturer of the chairs.
These are interesting do you know their history? We don't see these where I am so I did a little research and see there is a demand in some places.... bigger cities than pgh, like NYC, Los Angeles and London.
In some circles pristine chairs,if authenticated, can sell in the 500 to 700 each.
Now refinishing may devalue them and existing conditions may devalue. This means you are best off to talk to a chair expert in your city who can first authenticate (unless you have the original bill of sale) and who can tell you which is the least of the devalue...as is or refinished.
Now if these are for you to love and keep, have fun and enjoy them!! They are a great find!!
