I would like to know the value of this buffet. It's between 80 to 100 years old, maybe older.

Look on the back, on the bottom and inside the drawers for an identifying mark. I would definitely show the pictures to a dealer. The piece looks like it is in great shape.
Furniture values on pieces like this lovely are all over the place. You don't state where you are located.
Without seeing more it is also hard to value it. Are the drawers dovetail? Does the mirror need resilvered? Is the wood scratched (I see what looks like a lot of wear in places)? Does it have any smells? Cracks?
Since it could still have value (the paw feet are interesting as are the crystal knobs if they are original), you could have a piece that still has value in it if you are in a big city or a place where larger, functional antiques still have value.
My best recommendation is to take a number of photos (all details mentioned above need close ups) and have an anqiue dealer in your town look it over and value it for your location.
Best to have a dealer (someone with a store front or in person auction house) sell it for you also and you get a commission. It is just easier. I am a reseller and have been for years and for the last few years I defer all of my furniture sales to a someone who specializes in furniture and large pieces (meaning can deliver safely for one).
Post back with an update!! Lovely piece! I hope you are in a high demand, low supply place and you can fetch a nice tidy sum for her!!
