I have a Philadelphia push mower which l beleive was made in circa 1896 and is very rare and hard to find in this condition. I want to sell it and would appreciate advice on its value and best place to market it. Included are the patent, instructions, manual and original envelope sent to the buyer in 1896.

Your mower looks like it is in very good condition so it's possible your mower may be more valuable than the usual used vintage push mower. You also have great provenance (history).
You need better information than most people can provide so I would suggest finding other sources that may be able to provide accurate value.
