I can't find this doll. All it says on the neck is Ashley Belle. It's sitting on it's knees.

Ashley Belle dolls are mass-produced and lose value. Most of them sell for far less than $25.
Companies just overproduced dolls of all sorts/types/sizes/etc that our doll market is flooded and very few dolls are selling and the ones that do sell will usually be for less than $25 and now that USPS has raised the shipping cost (effective 6/23/2019 DIM changes) for large packages I fear even a lesser number of dolls will sell.
This shipping cost will not effect this size doll but the value is still less than $25 and slow sellers.
Kneeling dolls were produced by several companies but Ashley Belle produced the most. I did not see this particular doll but did see similar ones and although asking prices may be higher, only sold prices show current value as this shows what someone is willing to pay for a particular doll.
You may never find this same exact doll listed for sale or 'sold' but the value will still be about the same as other dolls in the brand/class.
Only found 2 sold kneeling dolls and both sold for under $15 plus shipping.
The next problem is how long will it take to sell a doll for any price?
Many sellers post their items and forget them - they may stay listed for months to years and may never sell.
These dolls are cute so I hope you like it well enough to keep and enjoy displaying it in your home.
Your doll is really puzzling. The head seems too big for the body and the arms too short. Do you know any history of the doll?
I am wondering if you have a "Frankendoll" where someone took several dolls and put them together either to make a one of a kind creation or to repair a beloved play thing or (hopefully this is now why) to create the illusion of value from something that is not.
I cannot say this for 100%. I am just going on gut feeling after really looking him/her? over. I sold dolls in several retail settings for a number of years and something just does not look right with this doll. Normally dolls on their knees are either kissing dolls or praying dolls and the arms do not indicate praying and the face does not indicate kissing.
There are some really good Facebook groups that help people ID dolls...you may want to try this doll there.
The group I like the best is called "let's id our dolls". You can join and then post the doll. Do not ask for values--all they do is help ID dolls.
They will want to see the mark, have the height, and see the doll with and without clothing.
If you can get a good ID on it, I can help you with value.
Post back with an update!! Thanks for sharing!!
EDIT...this should read NOT way, not NOW why...sorry :(
You could be correct in some ways but the hands shaped like this can be found on several Ashley Belle dolls. I know there is a kneeling Christmas doll that looks like this but I have not found one to post. There is a similar boy doll in a posting on ThriftyFun if you look about half way through the link.

Also, if Ashley Belle is on the back/neck then it probably is one of their dolls as the head and neck piece were usually joined (head was not separate from neck) on Ashley Belle dolls.
Maybe someone else will help us solve this mystery.
I agree that the hands look like other AB dolls, but the arms just don't look right on the body. The head also looks too big for the body. It could be the angle of the photo. Just not sure
Lisa N Tony N...maybe if you can post additional photos of the doll without clothes (front and back) and a close up of the neck/marking, and where the arms join the body, we can see something to help solve this mystery.
It is really important to know exactly who/what you have to help you set a value in today's market.
