If the doll is in the original box with a COA and in new condition it will be worth more than just a doll.
The doll listed on eBay is just an "asking" price and really has very little to do with the actual value of the doll or what it might sell for. The seller is fairly new to eBay selling and may have to relist this doll many times - unless they are very lucky and someone is looking for a doll like this - and - it can happen.
