All Ashley Belle dolls are mass-produced and worth $25 or even less. They do not retain their value, even if never taken out of the box.

Ashley Belle has been making dolls for many years and almost all of their dolls are what is generally described as "mass produced" as they flood the lower end market with similar dolls continuously.
- Your dolls, Mabel & Mona are examples of this as you will find many dolls with the same face but different sizes, different dresses and accessories.
- Although the production number stopped at 1,824 that just usually means these dolls were not selling in sufficient numbers for them to continue production.
- This should mean the dolls are more rare but it usually means if they were not popular when first made, they may not be popular now or there are so many "look-a-likes" that there are too many choices.
- There are 2 "Mabel" dolls listed on eBay (the biggest doll market place) but these may or may not sell. One of these dolls shows "pick-up-only" which means they will not ship (this means a very limited sale area - like Craigslist). You will also notice the dolls are not the same - different hair - just made at different times and repeated name.

- I did not find a Mona doll listed but the general value would be the same. Sellers may not profit more than $3-$15 and the sellers offering free shipping may be paying the buyer to take their doll (I am sure they thought their doll would sell for more money) but failed to do research and fell into a "trap".
- Here are the Ashley Belle dolls presently listed on eBay and the seller's asking price but the second link is to dolls that sold and the prices actually paid. Most sold will be under $20.

- If you wish to sell your dolls, I would suggest you list them on your local Craigslist (with several pictures and a good description) as buyers like to see the dolls and there would be no shipping cost.
- You could start your dolls (single dolls) at $50 (or more) and reduce the price if no one shows an interest.
If you wish to continue doing research you can keep checking eBay and also Etsy for your dolls.
