My mom received this China hutch/cabinet when her mom passed away. She recently asked me to sell it for her because she doesn't have room for it. Usually I am really good at researching an item to find its value. However this one has me stumped. I can only find similar items. No exact. The "Bassett" stamp was found inside one of the drawers. And only said "Bassett". Anyone have a clue about this one? Any ideas on where I should maybe look?
(If needed I am more than happy to provide better photos.)

Your pictures do not really show what we're supposed to be looking for so you may not receive very much help in providing value.
Does the top picture show the top piece standing on its side?
Is your cabinet French provincial style?
Cannot really see the legs very well.
This is the only listing that I could find that seemed to look like parts of your cabinet.
I'm sure that you know you cannot use a 'for sale' price as any sort of value as a seller can ask anything they wish for their items but you can only show 'value' when you can find a sold item as this shows what someone was willing to pay for that item.
I did not find any sold cabinets that even resembled your cabinet.
Also, your area will probably determine the final value as these pieces are costly to ship and usually sold as 'local pick up only'.
You might try asking your question on one of the free appraisal sites, as I use these quite frequently and they provide very good information.
They may not provide an appraisal if the value falls below $500.
Hope another member can provide more information.
Don't know how I missed these ones. There was also a battle with the picture rotation. (Which I clearly lost lol) I wish I could figure out how to edit the post.
The base is a good picture but still cannot see the complete top piece. If you can take a full picture of the complete top that would help as it's difficult to even tell how many doors and what the top of the cabinet looks like. A full picture would be good even if you cannot figure out how to turn it up straight.

You have French Provincial style Bassett Hutch Cabinet, from 1990's.
That was the only one I could find when I was looking. It didn't offer much information. But it is super close to the one my mom has.

People can ask what they choose. In my area these are on Freecycle several times a week. You could try asking $200 for it and lower the price accordingly.

I don't think it's possible to find an absolutely identical Bassett China Cabinet. If there is no damage, then $300. But it's not easy to sell such big pieces because of the expensive shipping.
This one is listed at $250

but similar was sold for $40

Therefore, it is better to check the demand in your region.
