I bought this dresser at an estate sale. I gave $150.00 for it. I had no idea about Basset furniture until I arrived home and googled my dresser. Could someone tell me about the age and value? I would love to know what I bought. It is the first piece of Basset furniture I have ever bought.
Thank you!

This was a great deal for $150, often dressers are for sale without mirror. This 2 piece depending on where you live could go $300+. For special types of wood, more. Here are a few on consignment - www.chairish.com/
This is from the 1960s. I think you got a fair deal for it, because it did come with a mirror.
This Bassett Dresser/Mirror is listed for $175:

(Your dresser is in good condition and that large mirror is nice.)
This is a great piece of furniture and very valuable. High quality that will keep its value over time, I think that it may increase on value as vintage furniture is a hot topic!
I found a Bassett Dresser, it looks like your dresser:
It was sold for 160$.
I think you have a midcentury dresser.
Your dresser looks very nice, and it's in good condition, but selling dressers is not always easy at a good price, as shipping is expensive.
For example vintage Bassett dresser with a mirror was sold for $112 highastheskyauctioncompany.hibid.../
Another dresser with a mirror was auctioned for just $51
