I have about 6 sets of Bombay China Company blue/white teacup/plate sets with silver looking trim. There are 6 large plates and 6 medium sized plates with the Bombay name stamped on the bottom of all of them. The pattern is tile or fanned. I'm just curious as to what the value of these things are?

These are lovely! I always fancy the blue and white pieces! They are my favorite.
Sadly this particular pattern has not really held its value in today's market.
If these are IDENTICAL to your pieces they cups are selling for 2.99 each and so are the plates (the reason it is important to make sure these are identical to yours is sometimes there are similar where one has value and one doesn't.) If the pictures I offered are not exact matches, you can go back to eBay and search for completed auctions to get the value on your EXACT piece). ONLY USE sold as that is what someone actually pays. Asking prices can be high as sellers want to make money, but the buyer rules the market and sets the price by what they are willing to pay.
The two examples of SOLD are::

www.ebay.com/
Technically the value is the price of the item + shipping (so approx 10 each), but when you sell on eBay the shipping amount is paid by the buyer and the seller gets no profit (but has to pay a fee on it--that makes me bonkers).
These are challenging to sell online because they are so fragile and must be carefully wrapped to protect them. You may be better off trying to sell them via a consignment or vintage store where you will get a percentage of sale...less chances for damage.
Thanks for sharing!!
I saw a similar pattern by the same company on Etsy. They were asking $30 for two plates and cups.
