You would need to look at the markings on your doll and find out who/what company is the maker of your doll as there are several companies using the name Brianna. The condition of the doll (still in box with a COA?) and the size/year made will also determine the value.

Most all dolls are mass produced which depletes their resale value and makes them plentiful and difficult to sell. They are also very difficult to ship (a large number get broken before reaching their destination and the post office will not always pay even if insurance is bought) and the shipping cost is very high also.
Usually, eBay and Etsy are the biggest sellers of dolls but they are still very slow movers and may stay listed for months and months and sometimes never sell.
If you would like to sell your doll, I would suggest listing on Craigslist and start your bidding at whatever you choose and go up or down if you get any interested parties.
