I have 12 calendar dolls from 1987. All are in perfect condition and I have all the boxes and paperwork. What is the value for this collection?

They are asking between $5 and $25 each on eBay. www.ebay.com/
These are going for so many different prices on Ebay, as small as $5 up $30. Advertise online through different sites(Craigs list,Etsy,Facebook to find collectors for better price!
I am not familiar with these dolls but it does appear they are selling slightly better than just regular dolls.
eBay sold listings indicate individual dolls are selling for $3-$30 depending on which doll (size and year) you're looking at.
There was one set of 12 dolls recently sold - the asking price was $119 but best offer was accepted so we have no way to know what was really paid. I see that shipping was very high so I would think the buyer and the seller may have reached a much lower figure because the shipping was outrageous.
This set is also 1988 compared to your set of 1987 and the 1988 set may be more collectible that your set - no idea on that.
Also, we do not know the size of your dolls compared to these and that could make a very big difference.
Doll sizes range from 8" to 16".

You can always check eBay and other sites to see what others are asking for their dolls. Asking prices are not current value but represent what a seller would like to receive for their dolls.
Individual dolls take longer to sell the set but will usually bring in more money (may take years to sell the set).
I would recommend selling the complete set. Start price at $125-$150 and lower it if no one shows an interest after 2 or 3 weeks. You can also post the set on several sites. Usually need lots of pictures to sell dolls.
Another person posted aquestion similar to this one not too long ago. Normally calendar dolls areselling a bit faster online than other types of dolls. One way to get the best value for the dolls is to sell them by the month if you want to do this one.
