I am trying to find out what these are and what they are worth.

These look like antiques. Take it to a dealer for appraisals.
Usually if I want to find the value of some thing I first do a search on "google". I put in all the info. I have on the item, telling what it is, if there are any numbers on it, name of manufacture, size, what it is for and any thing else I can think of.
Also a great place to look is on eBay , see if there is any thing similar on there for sale, watch it for several days until the selling date is up and see if any one buys it , it will give you a general idea of what some one is willing to pay for it, some times the item has free shipping and other times a person who buys has to pay for shipping, take that cost in to account .
There should be marks on them somewhere...if not, you will need to try to match them to the exact ones sold on eBay. I have sold links for you to match yours to the sold item (which to me is the only way to learn today's market value).
Car (averaging $15):

There was one fire pumper unsold at $25 so you will need to watch any current ones and see if they sell and how much they sell for:

Motorcycle--one sold for 22.00 with free shipping so that devalues it by up to 10.00 since SELLER pays shipping.

These are neat items, sadly when the market crashed in 2008, this genre of toys was one that (at least where I am) tanked. Sad. You used to be able to fetch a lot for them.
The other thing is the people who used to play with them and wanted to get their childhood back, many have passed away so the demand is much less.
Thanks for sharing!
