Dolls of any brand/size/etc are not selling for very much money so even if your doll is new in the box, the value will probably be very low.
Current value is determined by the selling price of an identical item as it shows what someone was willing to pay for that item.
I found a doll like yours has recently sold on eBay for $7.77 so that would be considered the current value for your doll.

The average price that dolls like this are selling for is usually between $5-$25 plus shipping but the other problem is how long it may take to sell any doll and that could be months to years.
You may occasionally see larger/taller dolls selling for more money but still slow sellers.
These are mass-produced dolls that have decreased in value. They are worth $25 or less.
