I don't recognize this marking. My advice would be to take it to a dealer who knows about Asian pottery.
Identifying and determining the value of your ceramic jar is not easy. You first need to understand the makings on your jar. Other factors come into play when determining the date and value of your jar. Here is a good article by Dr. Lori.

You may be able to match the markings on the bottom to some of those shown but your photo is not of sufficient quality for me to compare any of the markings.
eBay has several hundred listings for similar jars so you may find something similar and get an idea but that is all I can offer.
