To be honest with you Collectors Choice has mass-produced dolls for years and they make quite a few dolls each year that they sell around the world. It is almost impossible to identify the doll and tell you the doll's name. The only way to do this one is to search online and try to find the doll listed on eBay or another site that is selling dolls right now. As for the value of the doll, this one has been very low for the past several years. The value of dolls right now is around $5-15 when selling them online.

A few people will ask a bit more and include free shipping. But after paying the fees and shipping cost they don't net more than $7-10 dollars. I would suggest that you look locally for a swap meet in your area or even a garage sale. Try selling the doll there. You can also download an app for garage sales in your local area and list the doll there. Selling on eBay can take months if not years before the doll sell and there are so many there right now the market is considered flooded.

Collectors Choice doll by Dandee.
These dolls were mass produced in the thousands and sold in low-end stores like K-Mart, Walmart, K-B Toy store, drug stores, 5 & 10 stores, etc.

These are usually called 'decorator dolls' as they were sold for displaying and not for 'playing'.

The market has been flooded with this type doll for years and the value is usually less than $25 but generally less than $20. The other problem is that dolls are very slow sellers and most may take months/years to sell - if they ever sell.

Most of these dolls did not have a name and even if it did a name would not increase the value (unless it was of some significance).
You may never find an exact doll as there are over 2,000 Collectors Choice dolls listed at any given time on eBay alone and thousands listed on other sites as well.
You can do a visual search but finding your doll will not tell you anything that will increase her value.

Here is a link to eBay's dolls listed for sale. You can narrow the search by checking on some of the choices on the left side of the screen (size, etc) but many sellers do not put any type of information so that just means looking for a particular doll is like the proverbial 'needle in a haystack' search.

Asking prices are just prices a seller would like to receive for their doll and has very little to do with value as only a sold item will show what someone was willing to pay for that same item.

You can also check eBay's sold listings to see what people are actually willing to pay for similar dolls.

You can always check what other doll sites are saying about the value of this brand doll. Comments may be from years ago but still hold true today.

This doll is lovely, but there are a lot like her online for sale . They are priced at $ 10 to $60 , but rarely get pass $20 in this current market. Maybe you could sell locally , like a yard/garage sell. Here is a link to what others want for there dolls. www.etsy.com/search?q=collectors%20choice%20porcelain...
