My husband is a part time antique auctioneer. In our area, at the most, they would bring $25. Usually they are thrown away. However, different areas of the US and world value things differently. It all depends on if someone wants it and how much they are willing to pay for it.
If they are complete and over 100 years old they have some value. Take them to a book dealer for an appraisal.
