I have 2 Corningware pieces and I'm wanting to see if they are of any value. I have tried researching online on the different stamps on the bottom and I am not coming up with much to go off of.

You have dishes from the Blue Cornflower collection.
The company launched the first Blue Cornflower collection made in 1958. It was manufactured in Corning, New York. www.truelegacyhomes.com/
Blue Cornflower is listed in the Rarest CorningWare Patterns: www.txantiquemall.com/
"Some of the most valuable CorningWares are the early Blue Cornflower designs with sloped sides." www.txantiquemall.com/
You can determine the age for your dishes by looking at their backstamps.
1. 1 quart CorningWare Blue Cornflower Pyrocerem Casserole Dish
has the Blurry Blue Ink Stamp, no model number. No model number did not show up till late 1961. This dish is dated 1960-1961.

During the period 1960-1961 two kinds of stamps were used - with and without Pyrocerem printed. Your 1 quart Cornflower Dish is stamped with Pyrocerem print.
2. 1 3/4 quart Casserole with Embossed Bottom with stylized flame Stamp. This stamp was used in 1959.

I don't see the caps in the photos. Do your two pots have original lids?
1960 - 1961 Corning Ware with Blue Printed Backstamp / No Item Number:
1959 Corning Ware 1¾ Quart Saucepan can use P-11-C and the P-7-C-1 Pyrex cover, the P-10-HG handle. Saucepan and cover weight: 3 pounds 0.4 ounces.

Less-common items may be within the $30 to $70 range. Blue Cornflower pieces with manufacturing flaws will likely have hefty prices.
The estimated range in value as I have seen is around $10-22 for 1 quart Cornflower Dish
and $20-40 for 1 3/4 quart Casserole

Sell prices for pieces with similar stamps:

1959 Corning Ware Blue Cornflower 7" Skillet With PYREX Lid, A-10-H Handle with similar stamp was sold for $69.90
Thank you so much. I have both the lids to them, the 1 3/4 qt has the glass lid with the kind of knob on top. The other 1 qt one has the glass lid with a straight line down the middle. I would attach pictures but I'm not seeing where I can. I was going to list them for sale and wanted to make sure I didn't have something very valuable like I have seen some of them on eBay for.
When Corningware made their debut in 1958, they were revolutionary. Originally developed for military applications in World War II, Corning Ware's Pyroceram also proved effective for bakeware in the home after the war. They were made from a special glass-ceramic material, they were virtually impervious to temperature extremes. Corningware casserole dishes can safely be used in the oven or broiler, also adaptable to stovetop use and are microwave-safe if they don't have metal components.
