I inherited my great-grandparents' 3 piece settee parlor set (settee, rocker, and chair). I know it is made by Cortland Cabinet Co. as they have the labels on each piece. There is nothing on line to judge the worth. Please give me an idea. Attached is a photo of the rocker.
