Approximate current value? I have a 1980 Curtis Mathes TV/Stereo console, with all original paperwork. I'm only the second owner, it's lived on the same street since brought home from the showroom. The turntable needs a needle, and I've never hooked up the TV. Radio works, original remotes included

Is this a picture from an ad or a real picture of your set?
Are these popular in your area?
Do you see similar ones listed for sale or sold (your zip code) (maybe on Craigslist or Facebook marketplace?)?
Reason for the questions?
These are too costly to be shipped so how popular/in demand in your area will be what sets the value.
Curtis Mathes is a good name but older TVs are not always considered valuable. Some gamers like certain types of CRTs but not sure if this TV fits that mode.
I did find a few similar sets on eBay but all are listed as 'local pick up only' so even a sold set would not tell us they would be of the same value in your area.
If you check Google you'll see many similar sets that you can check to see if they sold so you can get some idea of value (somewhere).
Some of these listings may have been listed for sale for a long time - maybe years even.

If you decide to list your set you should be sure that everything is working properly (or not) so you can provide an accurate description of your set's condition.
You will need several very good pictures - from all angles and also of the back of the set.
You can start high - $400-$600 and reduce the price if no offers are received.
This CM console is listed for $350:

According to this blog is is worth $30. www.justanswer.com/
2,500 used but I'm sure cheaper or more expensive depends what site your on.
I found a Curtis Mathis tv that looks like in the picture for $200, used (normal wear), in Santee, CA

We had a Curtis Mathis console TV we bought in 1982. We went through I don't know how many cable boxes, video, and DVD players. It was still working, but the color had faded.
When we got a big flat screen, I covered the old TV with a cloth and put the new one on top of it (definition of a redneck, I know).
I offered it for free on our local NextDoor, but nobody wanted it. When we had to have the floor completely redone because of frozen pipes last year, we let the restoration company haul it away.
I hope you can sell it, but don't count on it.
