I saw one on offer up for $100. However, that was only the asking price.
Dreams & Treasures porcelain dolls are made by Paradise Galleries and they mass produce a tremendous amount of dolls every year. Your doll is from a slightly better series and may be more valuable than some.
More dolls are sold on eBay and Etsy than any other internet sites and presently there are more than 1,300 Paradise Galleries dolls listed for sale on eBay. Asking prices will vary and only a low percentage ever actually sells for the sellers asking price. Traditionally, dolls are very slow sellers and may stay listed (and relisted) for months or even years.
Dolls are very difficult to ship and get broken in shipping quite a lot - and shipping is expensive which just adds to the cost of the doll but no more profit for the seller.
Here are some links to let you review the types of dolls made by Paradise Galleries (since the name will affect the value of your doll) and also what price sellers are asking: You should be able to decide approximately what your doll is worth on the open market but hopefully you would just like to keep her for your own enjoyment.
