Bassett, French French Provincial is the style. Here is what it looked like when original (I think it is a match) and that the blue color is not showing all of the details:
I believe this is the dresser in an ad from 1961:

Although the style was popular until the 1970s.
It is still a popular style in the shore towns on the east coast of the US. The blue color may or may not hinder the sale--since some people may like that for their shabby chic cottage look. That is how I would advertise it--French Provincial--Shabby Chic, Cottage style Bassett 5 Drawer Chest.
Start high at $200-$300 and take best offer, which may be as low as $5, but it will be what your local market will bear.
Yep...HUGE range but furniture values are regional and supply and demand based. If you are not in a beach town on the east coast, you may be in a place where no one wants this style of furniture because they are only about Ikea furniture, then and it can sit unsold at $5, but if you are marketing to a summer house owner in NC, she may snap it up for full price. For most people it will be somewhere in between.
Post back how your sale goes! Thanks for sharing!
This piece from Bassett furniture, is a French Provincial design, that was taken from the idea of the French. French Provincial furniture, was taken from small and countryside cities in the French region in the 18th century. A lot of companies, adapted these same concepts for building/sale. It is still timeless with it's curves and soft details. Here are pictures of French Provincial chest of drawers, even painted ones. -www.bing.com/

(Thought this was interesting. Looks like your chest of drawers.
Basset furniture is a good brand, but not high end. Im not sure if the blue paint will help or hurt your sale. I would ask $150 and reduce the price if it doesnt sell.
From looking at the picture of your chest of drawers it looks like the paint job may not have been the best or it has been very roughly treated as there appears to be chips on every drawer and also the top front. One of the pulls is upside down (can be fixed but paint has been scratched) and it is impossible to tell about the condition of the top.
I'm not sure of the size of your chest of drawers but I have been unable to find a picture of this style. All styles that I've seen have a double row of pulls and your chest only has one row down the middle. Not sure about this style unless it is a smaller size and not many were made.
If you decide to list it for sale, I would suggest you fix the pull correctly and list it on sites like Craigslist, USA4Sale and list it as pick up only. You can start your price as high as you like and also mention best offers considered. You can always lower the price if no one makes an offer.
