I have these three figures. I don't know much about them. There is a signature on the bottom of one. Does anyone have information?

The artist is WH Turner. This similar figurine is asking $168 www.ebay.com/
2 porcelain canvasback duck figurines by W.H. Turner are listed @ $1620 on ebay:

These look really nice but I think it's possible these are not W H Turner pieces as I have not been able to find any items of his that were done in this type of figurine.
In my opinion, these are 'knock-offs' of WH Turner's work but it may be wise to try and get his signature/work authenticated before advertising any of these as being an original Turner.
There are molds like this so they could be made anywhere but most likely, these are unbranded items that are mass-produced in China (probably had paper stickers on the bottom that have been removed).
I hope you find that I'm wrong in my thinking and that you actually have WH Turner pieces.

I found two mallard ducks marked "American Wildlife Creation by William H. Turner Produced by Ispanky. Ispanky Porcelains Ltd. Made in U.S.A." from 1980s.

Contact Dr. William H. Turner (American/Virginia, b. 1934) to find out if he really made these ducks.
