I have the Encyclopedia Britannica 11th edition, volume 1-32 with one volume (number 27) missing. Is it worth anything? I reside in Denmark.

Incomplete sets lose value. If this set is less than 100 years old it is worth very little.
Without photos it is hard to give you an exact match as there are many variables with these sets.
I am attaching an eBay link of completed auctions. Look down through the list and if you find an exact match with a green number it means it is sold and that is today's market (if the person sold it world wide that is the world wide value, if it was for local pick up only, then that is for where they are and may not be the exact value in Denmark):
