I have a set of Encyclopedia Britannica, the eleventh edition. It is the handy volume issue. Copyright 1911. Does it have any value?

It is over 100 years old, so it is an antique. If it is complete, take it to several book dealers for free appraisals
Do any of these sold examples (the ones in green) match yours:
www.ebay.com/
If so, that will give you today's current market value.
The one that sold for best offer tells you that the seller took less than $125....people usually offer up to 20% off the asking price when doing this method.
Also check to see if the buyer paid shipping or if it was listed as "free". With free shipping that cost is paid by the seller, which can take a huge chunk from your profits.
Value = what is left after fees and "free" shipping costs you pay.
Hope yours is the one that sold for $530 (near the end of the list).
Be sure to match exactly yours (covers and front page if they show it) to the sold ones to get you exact value.
