This is a nice set.
Encyclopedia's do sell but may not sell very quickly. Years do matter as some are more popular than others but if you check out asking prices online you will see they run up and down and sometimes sold prices do this also.
Asking prices are just a price a seller would like to receive for their items but only a sold item shows value as it shows what someone is willing to pay for that item.
You can check out eBay's sold listings but I did find some sold listings for very similar sets:

High and low figures so maybe you could list yours high and lower it if no one makes an offer or buys your set.

You can ask what you want, but most people get accurate, up to date information on the internet. I would donate the set and take the market value off my taxes.
This set is listed online for over $200 on most sites. The problem is what the final selling price . These books are selling very slow , and only collectors are picking them up.
