I am trying to find the value of a Forever Friends doll, that is part of the Mandy collection #1367A980.

There are a few famous doll makers that have put marking on their collectable dolls. However, these dolls are one of a kind or maybe they make a few of each one to sell. Dolls such as yours are mass produced and sold at different times of the year. It is sad when they put certificates with them and call them limited editions. This is misleading for the person who has boughten or own the doll. I wish there was some way to control all this like they do other marking on items sold.
There isn't so normally you have purchased a doll for a large sum of money hoping that one day it will be worth more. But, your doll is just a doll mass produced and will only bring a price of $15 to $25 if you want to sell it again. I am so sorry that they do this, but it seems nobody controls the labeling of dolls.
Keep in mind that just because a doll may be fancy, old, inherited, etc., it most probably has little value as most are mass produced in the thousands and very often include a fake certification, the rather misleading term limited edition etc., in their names. A doll's condition is extremely important in considering value-the best doll prices are paid for dolls literally never removed from their boxes. You can find prices for some dolls on EBay and try online for further research. This site is a good place to start:
These dolls are mass-produced. Since there are so many of them, they are worth very little.
There worth about thirty dollars on E-bay.
