I have a set of 1895 Encyclopedia Brittanica. What is the set worth? They are dusty and unopened for over 60 years.

You have 9th edition of the Encyclopaedia Britannica.
It has been nicknamed the "scholar's edition" due to superb quality of the articles and the high caliber of the contributors (Thomas Huxley, Alfred Russel Wallace, James Clerk Maxwell, James Frazer, Robert Louis Stevenson, John Muir, Henry Creswicke Rawlinson, Algernon Charles Swinburne, Amelia Edwards, William Morris).
I found complete set 1985 9th edition of the Encyclopedia Britannica here:

Encyclopedia sets do sell but may not sell quickly.
This would be the 9th edition - known as the "Scholar's Edition".
Does your contents page show 1895 as the last published date?
Full set - 28 volumes - any extras -?
Unopened for over 60 years - what is the current condition?
Bindings intact? Covers abused? Material/color of covers?
Pages in good condition?
All of these things will made a difference in the value of your set.
The sold prices listed online run from low of $75 to several thousand but most sold sets are just the 9th edition and may be any year from 1875-1889 and a different number of volumes in the sets; as well as extra books.
You can always list your set for sale starting at a higher price; $2-3,000 if they are in very good condition. Consider all offers and if no offers after several weeks/months then lower the price and wait again.
You can list on several sites - eBay, Facebook marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp.
You will need several good pictures; showing what the set and individual books look like.
