It is lovely and looks like it still has rich colors! I don't see any chips either, which is amazing as these pieces seemed like they would chip if you just sneezed on them (We sold lots of these when I worked in various Hallmark stores).
When trying to value pieces like this it is critical to find an exact match of one that has sold vs. trying to do the "there are similar that sell for" route.
I say this because some of the Capodimonte/Guiseppe Armani pieces have no value in today's market and some still sell close to their original prices, in the mid to high $100s. Sales on them are also seasonal, with values increasing slightly (for pieces like this--around Mother's Day and Christmas/
Do you have the box? The box will add to the value.
I will keep checking for the exact piece using reverse image until I can learn more.
