What is the value of this piece? Where should I sell it?

It appears your Giuseppe Armani Sabrina has several for sale listings online with asking prices all over the place. Most asking prices are very high and some are asking for extremely high shipping costs.
However, you cannot determine any sort of value by quoting 'asking prices' as these amounts are just the sellers own personal asking prices and value can only be determined by sold prices of identical pieces. Sold prices show what someone was willing to pay for that item.
Check eBay's sold listing for your item.
Right now I see that 2 of these pieces have sold over the past several months.
One sold in Canada for $250 and one in US for less than $175 plus shipping. The big problem with even sold listings is that we have no way to determine how long that item had been listed for sale before it sold. Weeks/Months/years??
www.ebay.com/
When you look at eBay's for sale listings you will see mostly high prices and most of these sellers will never sell their item for these prices.

You can always check Google for your items as there will usually be numerous listings to research.

I did see several sites where this item was listed for sale in the past none were sold:
Several on this site have been for sale but no evidence of any sales:
This one passed unsold with a starting price of $140.(2019)

How to determine price?
This is difficult as these pieces are very slow sellers even at lower prices so you may wish to think about starting at $200 plus shipping with best offers considered and if no offers after several weeks/months then lower the price and wait again.
Where to list?
Maybe list on several sites:
Facebook marketplace for a start and any other sites you are familiar with. eBay is good but can be difficult for inexperienced sellers.

Better use well-known selling websites: eBay, Etsy.
The other posters gave you ideas on value. I would not, however, ever recommend selling this on eBay--and I am long time eBay seller.
Even if you are an experienced seller, this statue is extremely fragile and unless you double box and pack it like it is going off to battle, you risk damage and a very sad buyer.
The best way to sell something like this is to find a reputable consignment or vintage store and see if they will buy it outright or consign it for you. Some local art galleries in my town also take these on consignment not sure if you are near a big city--but that is always a good option too. I just spoke to three in my town getting bids on an figurine a client wanted to sell and I was quite pleased with their process and dollar amounts. That was a new venue for me, and is a keeper!
Yes, you will get less for it than an eBay sale...but you reduce the risk of damage significantly.
If you trust doing Facebook marketplace or one of your local Sale want OR Trade (SWOT) groups or flea market groups, that would also be a much better and safer option.
Good luck with your sale!
This one is asking $245.99 on eBay. Ebay will give you the widest audience.

If your Giuseppe Armani Sabrina does not have the original box and papers, then the price will not be high.
