It appears she could be a bridal doll and you have pulled up her dress to show her pantaloons?
She looks like she may be a larger doll - what is her length/height?
The reason I'm asking questions is that I have researched Heritage dolls for several years and cannot remember ever seeing one of their dolls without lipstick/colored lips.
I'm not saying they did not produce this style of doll, just that I have not ever seen one.
Another member may be able to clarify this.

I think the value of your doll is $20-25 (the box is not in perfect condition).
These dolls are mass produced. Im not sure what size you have. The ladder ones are worth up to $35 if they have never been removed from the box and the smaller ones, $25.
