Of course, there are Heritage Signature Collection dolls with a high price, but unfortunately your doll is not worth much. I'm sure of it, because I found a similar doll.
I noticed in the photo that your doll has a small brown stool in the box - the legs of the stool are visible on the bottom of the box.

If it has never been taken out of the box, the most you could get is $25. These dolls were advertised as collectibles, but have greatly decreased in value. They are worth far less than the original owner paid.
It would be nice if we could tell you that your doll has some sort of value, but, sadly, she probably does not.
There have been so many mass-produced dolls that were sold as 'collectable' that very few dolls sell for more than $25 and more often sell for even less.
